This method examines the 13 habits of eating and helps you assess which habits you need to change. These changes can be reinforced through NLP and hypnotherapy.
This is not a rapid weight loss approach, it focus is control through healthy eating habits.
It is designed for those who are serious enough to see the changes in months and for those who want to stabilise their weight (i.e. stop putting it on). |
The workbook examines 12 pizza slices, each one representing an eating habit as shown in the diagram. As you work your way through the slices you can make changes and affirmations in the way you eat and live. For example, we can all associate with the habit drilled into us from childhood of having to clear your plate, even if you are not hungry, even if you had a very large portion. Why?
ANSWER = HABIT
The 13th habit is central to our wellbeing, the HABIT of being correctly hydrated in our everyday lives. We all need to drink more pure water (not- tea, coffee, cola, carbonated drinks, wine and beer). Drinking water throughout the day and before meals is a cornerstone of this approach. Did you know many people confuse thirst and hunger pangs!
